eMAT takes advantage of latest OEM digital Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) MSI and Task Card data formatting provided by airplane manufacturers. The maintenance program and the entire set of OEM task cards can be easily loaded into the application, thereby avoiding the time consuming process of initially keying them in from scratch. Initial creation of OEM task cards is an automatic process. OEM data provided in .pdf format can also be utilized.
eMAT is designed around the latest MSG-3 based OEM maintenance programs.
eMAT is user friendly. Task trees and drop down menus are used extensively. MSI and task card data is consistently formatted and error free, while requiring minimal keystrokes.
eMAT makes creation of task cards highly efficient. Maintenance Program MSI data is utilized to populate various task card data fields. Remaining task card data can be easily copied and pasted from Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, etc. Graphics are also supported. Once created, task cards can be easily replicated for multiple locations on the airplane, thus avoiding repeated keyed entry of the same data.
eMAT requires minimal technical expertise. Additionally, no special skill sets are required and the application can be mastered in several days.
eMAT is paperless. Individual task cards and entire service packages are posted on the company website for a vendor to retrieve and print. HTML templates are created for each MSI and Job Card.
eMAT includes extensive administrative features. Permissions can be chosen throughout the hierarchal chain from user to administrator. Data integrity is assured.
eMAT can publish a Maintenance Program manual. Users can select print options from a complete MSI listing or a partial listing when revisions are involved. Revision control parameters such as page dating, LEP generation and history tracking are built in to the application.
eMAT can interface with other maintenance and planning applications.
